For Xerostomia "I have sjogrens so have a dry mouth. From the first time I tried it I was impressed with no dryness from alcohol in my mouth, no burning. This mouth wash has kept my breathe and mouth slightly moist for awhile afterward use too. I highly recommend this for dry mouth, from medications or medical conditions."

For Xerostomia "This did absolutely nothing for me. I am a mouth-breather at night. I've tried humidifers too. Nothing seems to prevent me from getting dry mouth during the night. Dry mouth can lead to cavities or gum disease, so when I wake up in the middle of the night (hey, I'm 66 -- it comes with the territory), I am now just using regular mouthwash to kill any bacteria that are multiplying in the absence of saliva. There were no side effects of Bioteme."
