Dazidox Reviews

For Chronic Pain "Been taking Percocet, which is merely oxycodone with Tylenol. Doc just changed me to Dazidox (plain oxycodone). NOTHING. I called my pharmacy and said WTH. Are you giving me a placebo? Pharmacist suggested I take a Tylenol with each dose of Dazidox. I’m taking 10 mg. Was taking 7.5 of Percocet. If the coronavirus doesn’t get me, this DO NOTHING DRUG will."

For Chronic Pain "I’ve been taking generic 15 mg Roxicodone for a long time after chronic back pain and surgery. Then the doctor added 20 mg oxycodone generic for Dazidox. I called the pharmacy to see if the generic was immediate release or extended release for this, and they said immediate release. But I get far less results taking this than I do the 15 mg generic for oxycodone. Anybody have the same results I do? The 20 mg are far less effective than the 15 mg. Thanks for any responses. I hope nobody is in the same pain I’m in. I can’t go on living in this kind of pain. I thought the 20 mg and the 15 mg together would solve my pain issue, but it hasn’t. Thanks to anybody who is reading this and might have an opinion or help."

For Chronic Pain "I have been taking this brand of oxycodone for a month now, and it feels like a fake. It does not kill pain and has almost killed me several times my heart rate has increased to 180 several times and affected my breathing terribly. I have had too take nitro by the hand full. I would not recommend this placebo to anyone."

For Chronic Pain "My pharm gave me Dazidox in place of the Oxy. that I had been taking for a long time. Right off the bat, I felt that something was wrong. I took a second dose, but nothing. I called the Pharmacy and they said this is the only drug available. Now I am starting to hurt. My drug clinic provider won't talk to me. Said I should go to the E.R. or my family physician. They are trying to talk to the folks at the dunes. God only knows if I will get some help. I did get an injection of Torodol. What's next? This drug should not be on the market."

For Chronic Pain "Dazidox is instant-release oxycodone tablets, and works very well. I take the 20 mg tablet for breakthrough pain, haven't needed a dose increase in over a year, and it actually works every time!! No complaints at all with the medication!"

For Chronic Pain "I have a number of chronic pain issues and have taken 10 mg of oxycodone for years. I switched pharmacies and they gave me Dazidox. I have more pain and more headaches, and it doesn't last near as long."

For Chronic Pain "I was prescribed Roxycodone 20mg for chronic pain and it seemed to work well for my pain. I’ve had many surgeries to include a cervical fusion of C5-C7. Recently I changed pharmacies and didn’t realize they substituted Dazidox for the Roxycodone and after several miserable weeks I had severe pain, my stomach was getting torn up and I thought it was the blood thinners my cardiologist put me on until I looked this “Junk” up. My pain was increasing and I developed joint pain also. I changed pharmacies and when they filled my last prescription they substituted Dazidox. Never again. I don’t know what is in this particular brand but I will never take it again. Trashed the whole prescription because the pharmacy won’t exchange them. Yes, it’s that bad!!!"

For Chronic Pain "I've been on Dazidox for a month, and it is awful it. I've been on various brands of 20mg Oxycodone for many years now with no serious issues, but sometimes when the pharmacy changes brands it does take me an average of 3 weeks to adjust to the different ingredients (fillers, etc) that EVERYONE in the medical/pharma industry tells me are 100% the same, regardless of generic, name brand, fillers, inert ingredients, et al. Why bother with such a lie? We all know that those "inert ingredients" quite often wreaks havoc with allergies, cause drug interactions, extreme sedation and other uncomfortable side effects. I've been miserable all month long with ZERO pain relief, worse joint pain, difficulty catching my breath, and when I tried to cut back to 1/2 tab to see if the dose was too strong, I felt thrust into immediate withdrawal! I feel brain dead on it, and SO utterly exhausted that I have quite often just sat down and cried for lack of energy. This one is the worse Daze-uh-dox."

For Chronic Pain "Pharmacy switched to KVK DAZIDOX. Might as well call it DIZZYDOX. I was terribly broken up in an auto accident years ago. Many broken bones. Had two cervical spine surgeries. Terrible pain that would not cease. First Percocet then OxyContin, eventually a truckload. Doc said, “must have quality of life”. Life with constant pain is not quality. Finally I had enough as the amount was staggering. I self rehabilitated to six 15mg oxycodone. Found in 2015 during congressional hearings on Fluoroquinolones. Cipro and Levaquin mainly, tendon ruptures and all over body aches. Now even possible aortic rupture INSTANT DEATH. New Doc, my old Doc that gave me the heavy doses of pain meds and doses of fluoroquinolones each spring for HAY FEVER, retired leaving his practice to young daughter. Cut me to three 20mg daily. DAZIDOX, I’d be better with M&Ms. Dizzy, less pain relief than Excedrin. SHAMEFUL. What if it was a heart medication? I’m tired"

For Chronic Pain "Does work well. Had to adjust down other meds, like klonopin, to keep from nodding off. Took about 3 weeks to adjust to dazidox. I'd taken it before in the name of Roxicodone @ 15mg. It seemed to work better/faster than Doxidoz...but it was a higher milligram."
