Niacin for Hyperlipoproteinemia Reviews
"In combination with a low-carb diet and intermittent fasting, I have been having a good experience so far. Keto will initially raise serum lipid levels and this has become my “more natural” solution to that hiccup. I experienced flushing initially, but, for me, that subsided by the fourth day. I actually look forward to my next dose due to the feeling of calm and well-being I experience. Additional benefits seem to be that I have been sleeping deeper and longer and wake feeling rested. I’m not taking a prescription form - just a down-and-dirty supplement form."
Niaspan (niacin) "I must be really rare because my condition is low cholesterol. My body does not produce enough niacin. My bad cholesterol is at a normal range so are my lipids. I have been on Niaspan for 6 years at least. My cholesterol levels have been steady since. I am at the maximum dose of 2000mg a day. The only problem with it is the flushing. I hate it! I take it at night with a bowl of cereal and a 325 mg entrophen to reduce the flushing."
