Padcev Reviews

For Urothelial Carcinoma "My son was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bladder Cancer in OCT/2019. His treatment consisted of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, keytruda before being treated with PADCEV. The side affects from his first dose of PADCEV were much like his previous treatment of chemotherapy back in DEC/2019-FEB/2020. He was tired, nauseous, and lost his appetite. After his second dose, he immediately lost his hair, he was nauseous, loss his appetite, and had diarrhea. But the most frightening side affect was he developed a rash that was ugly red and blistery. A week later based on results of a blood test, he was called and told to go to the ER for what we thought was either iron or a blood transfusion but after getting there, the ER doctor told us that he was in renal failure and would have to stay in the hospital until they found the cause of it and were able to treat it. They were never able to get his kidneys working again. He ended up passing away 5 days after he was admitted to the hospital."

For Urothelial Carcinoma "Severe reaction to the medicatiom Padcev . Suffering blisters all over my body that bleed profusely. No one has answered questions how long medication remains in system after discontinued."
