Sars-cov-2 (covid-19) nvx-cov2373 vaccine, recombinant for COVID-19 Reviews
Novavax COVID-19 Vaccine (sars-cov-2 (covid-19) nvx-cov2373 vaccine, recombinant) "Happy to finally have a traditional-style Covid vaccine option! Peace of mind is everything with medicine, and I feel a lot safer taking a vaccine that uses a protein-based technology that has been around for decades vs. an experimental mRNA treatment. That aside, side effects were very mild and it was just a slightly sore arm (where injected) for a couple of days. This omicron-specific jab is available as both a primary series and a booster in the U.S.A. - anyone over age 12 can get it if their last COVID-19 vaccine was administered more than 2 months ago. This includes people who have already received a previous mRNA vaccine, those previously vaccinated with Novavax, and those who have never been vaccinated for COVID-19. The dosage amount is the same regardless of age, weight, or whether it is being used as a primary series or as a booster; 0.5ml. I can't rate efficacy yet because it's too early, but my understanding based on what I've read is that it lasts longer, works better, and reduces transmission - I hope this helps!"
