I used to get severe leg and foot cramps but since taking this med I haven't had a problem. It seems as I get older the harder it is for me to keep Potassium in my system. I also eat at least 1 banana a day.
The pills are a little on the large side which makes it hard to swallow.Eat with food. Bananas are a good a good choice.
