For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension "Have been taking as part of my treatment for PAH for now 1 year. Had the headaches and some mild diarrhea during the titrations. Take 2.5mg 3x daily. This drug has helped me tremendously to have a better quality of life and again be able to do many things that before would not be possible because I would have no energy to do them.
