Took away the pain after 1 dose but made me very sleepy the next day. Still feeling lightheaded and foggy even 3 days after I stopped taking it. Very dangerous and scary drug. Wish I never took it. I'm glad I stopped. Just waiting for the side effects to go away. I don't recommend this drug to anyone!!!

I'm on 120 mg a day (150lbs). Joint pain and headaches were so severe, saw another Dr. for 2nd opinion. Found out dose was an illegal limit. Now am down to 80mg a day. Was fine for first 3 months, 4th month is hurting. Days I can not get out of bed or walk up and down stairs. Living on Execedrin Migrane (2-3 a day). But skin is somewhat clearing up and that's the point, I guess. Hopefully, I do not experience the long term side effects. Clear skin is worth just about everything I have experienced so far.

Still quick to anger. Not sure if I have given this med enough time its not been a week. I do have very pleasant dreams at night when I do get to sleep but am awaken from 1am til I get up every hour on the hour with muscle aches from my knee's down to my feet. Unsure why this is a side-effect. I too am drinking approx. 80-110 oz's of water daily and my keeping my caloric intake at approx. 1,200 calories. I am loosing weight, but just could be water retention being depleted. I feel like im "High" and also feel like im floating on a cloud but want to sleep. Will try this medicine for another week to see if side effects subside. Sex drive the same. Not effected. I am also taking Klonipin .5mgs in the am and at night. Doesnt seem to effect the seroquel.

First dose: sore arm. Second dose: sore arm severe abdominal craps and day and night diarrhea that lasted almost three weeks. I learned from others that they had the same experience with duration being 1-3 weeks. The CDC seriously downplays this side effect.

Dry mouth and a few headaches. I already take Trazodone at night for sleep, so no problem with sleep. Increased sex drive is true. Half a 0.5 Xanax helps with the occasional mild anxiety in daytime. Few side effects if gradually weaned up from lowest dose (half of 50 mg generic) waiting at least 2-3 weeks before upping dosage.
