For Neurofibromatosis "I've been taking Koselugo for a few months now, it's been pretty amazing for my Neurofibromatosis. I might be biased as I took Gleevec before this, which affected me severely, and Koselugo is less intense so it affects me less so. Other than nausea (admittedly some vomiting) and quite a bit of dry skin, this medicine has worked really well for me."

Stomach growling when I first got on it. My Doctor told me he hadn't heard anyone complain about that side effect.I have been on it for 2 month, now I have IBS hate being on it.

Geodon has actually helped with my depression. I was isolating so bad I could barely go to the store to feed myself. I've become a lot more social and am doing a lot more activities than normal. The worst side effects I've experienced are memory loss and paranoia. I had to buy a watch just so I'd know what day it is. I gained 60 pounds on Seroquel. I've already lost 20 pounds in the two months I've been taking Geodon. It killed my appetite which I am enjoying. I just wish it was sedating for me. I get about 6 hours of sleep then wake up with a hungover feeling.

I was taking 75mg only once every three or four days. At first it was miraculous, no pain...I felt fabulous, except I did notice mild headache.. Then the side effects kicked in. Now, if I take only one pill, I have abdominal cramps, followed by diarrhea, lots of it! Also, LOTS of gas, gurgling, mild cramping all day. I tried one more today, immediately got a bad headache, and cramping, nausea, and heartburn. That does it.. I'm going back to iubrofen!

I've had this a few times for dental abscesses and it gets the job done, but the constant feeling of hunger is really distracting. I think it says on the safety leaflet that the recommended dose is 30mg/kg/day, I'm only on 1000mg per day and I'd hate to think of the side effects of any more than that.

Nausea, fatigue, small headaches, loss of appittite, weight loss. This medicine has helped a lot but I hate the side effects I gained weight 120-155 then loss weight 155-106 ;( with the help of (water pills) but its kept me at106 and with a rocky appittie it just seems to be going down more and more I getting ready to start dialysis soon and I'm on a kidney transplant list so I know I will be taking a lot more cellcept but I wish I could avoid a few side effects
