For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "This OTC medication does eventually alleviate the pain and severe cramping for me, but it takes about 2 hours to do so. The pain starts coming back about an hour before I can take the next dose. With this medication having such a high amount of acetominophen, I'm scared to take the next dose early. I need to investigate alternatives."
For Premenstrual Syndrome "I have a lot of trouble staying asleep once and if I finally get to sleep. Multi-Symptom Pamprin which contains Acetaminophen, Pamabrom and Pyrliamine maleate will help me go to sleep and I will stay asleep for 4 hours, but only 4 hours. For me to get 8 hours I have to take two more tablets. This is the only over the counter drug that works for me. When I was younger this was the only drug that would alleviate my menstrual cramps."
