Quazepam for Insomnia Reviews

Doral (quazepam) "I don't have trouble falling asleep, but 2-3 times a week, I get up at 3 AM and have difficulty falling back asleep until it's time to get up. I tried Ambien and Lunesta, but with both, I was still up at 3 AM. My doctor gave me Doral because it supposedly is the best drug for a full night of sleep. I LOVE it. No side effects of hangover or drowsiness the next day. I only take it every other day and only on weekdays. So, 30 tablets last me sometimes all the way through 3 months. I don't feel like I have to take it every night, so I won't get addicted."

Doral (quazepam) "Doral has been a big help for my insomnia. I used to take Ambien, and it would put me to sleep, but I would find myself up again at around 2 to 3 a.m. With Doral, I am able to enjoy 7 to 8 hours of sleep. I am also able to take it only when I feel the need for it, unlike with Ambien, when I would feel compelled to take it nightly because when I tried stopping it, I ended up not sleeping at all. It felt like they made it so that you couldn’t stop taking them and get you hooked on it. I’m grateful to my doctor for listening to how I felt and prescribing me Doral."

Doral (quazepam) "After trying countless drug my Neurolgist prescribed Doral which worked like a charm so that I fell asleep sometimes with 1/2 tablet and woke up the next day rested and ready to take hotel and restaurant pressure. It is by far the absolute best sleep medication I have ever taken , for unknown reason it was discontinued, it has been a rocky road ever since for me to sleep. I am survivor of massive brain tumor which took 7 hours to remove, Doral saved my work career and family life ."

Doral (quazepam) "I have no idea how it works. I don't feel much of an effect when I take it. I want it to help me fall asleep, but it only helps me stay asleep. I take 15 mg a night with no hangover the next day. Don't let your pharmacy say it's discontinued! I get this medication mail ordered to my house."

Doral (quazepam) "This medicine works perfectly for my otherwise 2-3 sleepless nights per week! My psychiatrist prescribes me 22.5 mg, right before bed, a bit more than the recommended dose of 7.5-15 mg. (I'm a big guy.) She warned me not to take it more than 3 times per week, or else dependence and tolerance would almost certainly develop. Rarely (about every three weeks), I need 30 mg; my doctor knows about and approves of this. I find it especially useful after a long, late day at work. I usually get off work between 11 pm and 1 am. On occasion, I have to wake up early after a late night. Without Doral, it would take 2 or 3 hours to relax, and although I would prefer the natural route, I don't always have that luxury. It gives me a deep 7-8 hour sleep."

Doral (quazepam) "I have taken Doral for a long time. My doctor tried every sleep medicine on the market. I take Parnate, an MAO inhibitor that affects my sleep center. When Doral came on the market, I was put on it. Doral worked great. I could purchase it with my Medicare card through 2013, but no more. My doctor appealed and was denied because it was not on the market now. I sure wish it would get back on sale as I would be grateful."

"FINALLY! Doral is back on the market! I don't know why it was ever taken off the market in the first place as it was the ONLY thing that would help me get a full nights sleep - but I am a different man now that it is back and I've finally been able to sleep soundly for the past few nights. Have tried ambien (gave me nightmares and woke up in middle of the night in cold sweats); and restoril (stopped working after a couple of nights) - but Doral has always been a constant work horse for me. Always works and I sleep like a baby."

"My pain management dr put me on quazepam 15 mg because I couldn’t sleep. I didn’t have to take it every night & sometimes when I did take it I only had to take half. I could literally feel it working within 15-20 min after taking it. I took it for 3 months then all of a sudden my insurance quit paying for it. Idk why though as much as I pay for insurance & I didn’t feel groggy or hungover the next day & like I said, I didn’t have to take 1 every night. Now they have me on restoril & it keeps me up all night. Just had hip surgery 4 weeks ago so I REALLY need some sleep to heal properly. I had recommend this sleep medicine to anyone who can’t sleep"

"Have been on Doral since the third week of the COVID lockdown. Had been taking Ambien and maybe because I wasn't working but was waking up at midnight and couldn't go back to sleep. A couple of times I took another Ambien, but my Dr told me that was a path to addiction. So she told me to try Doral and wow! It helped me go to sleep and stay that way until my alarm went off in the morning. Needless to say, it put me back on as regular a cycle that I could hope during this thing!"

"I had a chance to take both Quazepam and Doral during different months, and I LOVED them. I am a side sleeper and I used to get up to rotate sides at least 20 times a night, therefor I was ALWAYS tired and needing to take naps during the day (or at least wanting to). This drug truly has helped me in many many ways. I am getting a full 8 hours of sleep and when I need to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I am able to do so and fall right back asleep. I HIGHLY recommend this medication for EVERYONE that needs their sleep and not getting it other ways."

"I have taken Doral for Meniere's Disease now for over 20 years. It is great for that, but it doesn't work for putting me to sleep. Probably because I am using it for a different reason. It is hard to get anymore which I think is a big mistake for the company that makes/made it as they are missing out on thousand of people who sufferer from Meniere's or even motion sickness as it helps with that also."

"I have tried multiple sleep aids but none worked as well as Quazepam."
