I was on Lipitor for 6 months before taking Crestor and noticed knee pain. But with Crestor I could barely walk. I had told my doctor that the Lipitor was making my knees hurt and he told me he did not think it would cause the knee pain. This drug is poison. It worries me to think how many people are having the same side effects as I have. Doctors are probably not even considering the possibility that these are being caused by the Crestor. How many are being treated for arthitis and not being taken off this drug. This drug is very dangerous and should be taken off the market.

No side effects at low dose for a 1 yr. 8 mos. toddler.

I started taking this medicine about 2 years ago for Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I was having choking spells and nighttime acid reflux. I was on this medicine for a year and felt fine. I switched at my doctors request to Prilosec OTC because with my insurance plan it would be free. It also worked great w/o any side effects. Recently, I received several samples of Protonix from a drug rep friend. I took the first yesterday and woke up today with the worst aching leg feeling, feels like I ran 10 miles. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

For those of you experiencing leg and foot cramping... Try using a bar of soap under your sheet in the area of your legs/feet. I have been using it since I read about it in Dr. Gott. It works for me at night when the cramping sometimes starts. I have used Dial, Dove, Ivory soaps and there is no bed in the house without a bar of soap. Visitors sometimes complain but that's the only side effect. :)

At 75 mgs migraines for the first week or so. Slight inablilty to orgasm. (took a lot longer but still able to) Increased to 150 mg 7 days ago. Migraines again for the first few days. Back and forth between feeling really tired to feeling extremely energized and different times through out the day. Appetite is completely gone. Ate 1/2 a side salad yesterday and was full. (not normal for me). Sexual side effects have increased. Unable to orgasm, slight loss of sexual desire.
