"I love this! This is the only birth control I’ve ever been on and I don’t plan on switching. It is effective as a birth control (I got it because I entered a serious relationship), but also regulated my VERY irregular periods. Having the ability to predict my cycle now is such a privilege. In addition, I had been struggling with acne since 6th grade (I'm going into sophomore year of college now) and this birth control treated it so effectively! I now only have a breakout of 1-3 pimples a few days before my period starts, which is much more manageable than what I had been dealing with before. My first two months were a little rough because I experienced very sore breasts and nausea, but my symptoms have now since subsided, and I just started my first pack! I suggest trying it out, but keep in mind that birth control interacts with everyone differently."

It worked for my UTI but I would not advise anyone to take it, If I get another I will ask for an alternative. 2 days after last capsule I am still experiencing the side effects mentioned.

Light headiness, nausea and the worst side effect for me is the tiredness, I don't want to get up in the Mornings and don't have any energy to do anything. Hard when you work afternoon shift and have to stay awake till midnight. I felt better with the disease before I started medication than what I do now. On a good thing for the medication, my tumour is shrinking and my prolactin levels has gone from 2860 to 132.

Started on Lunesta due to insomnia linked to depression. I can't wait to get off of it because of the nasty side effects it has on me.

I am only on a low dose (7.5mg per week)but still developed breathing problems after 3 weeks on MTX. The medication was discontinued for 6 weeks and the respiratory problem cleared up. I've now been on MTX again for 30 weeks and the main side effects are extreme tiredness, scalp soreness and a slight cough. The dose is due to be increased to 10mg / week next month.

I went to sleep fairly quickly, but didn't stay asleep all night -- woke up several times, but usually went back to sleep with little trouble. The nasty taste it left in my mouth was awful! But the worst side effects came after I had been taking it for a month -- horrible vertigo and inner ear problems. I've never had so many inner ear problems. I didn't associate the inner ear problems with Lunesta for 2 months. When I suspected the Lunesta,I stopped taking it, and the vertigo disappeared within 2 days. It's also possible the Lunesta caused long-term inner ear damage. I now have a lot of bothersome problems with my ears now -- pain, noises, etc. -- that I've NEVER had before.
