Upneeq for Blepharoptosis Reviews

"I tried Upneeq for 3 days, and although I loved the look of my eyes for approximately 6 hours, the side effects were not worth it, and I’m questioning if the drops would cause long-term damage. My eyes looked noticeably whiter and more awake, vibrant, but as it wore off, my eyes were very itchy and felt like allergies. The following morning, I woke up with dry, raw nasal passages and horrible allergy symptoms. I would definitely suggest trying a sample for 2 days. They should sell it in a bottle too, not individual packaging. I understand the drops are sterile, but so are prescription eye drops for eye infections. It’s a waste of money for individual packaging and tubes, as well as wasted product left behind. Upper blepharoplasty costs the same as a year's supply. Save the money and side effects, schedule upper blepharoplasty, which can be done under local anesthesia. Mine is scheduled next week. I don’t want to risk my vision using questionable drops that may or may not cause long-term damage."

"Totally eliminated my ptosis for six hours. But almost gave me a heart attack. Cannot understand why I was getting dizzy and lightheaded, I check my heart rate and oxygen saturation and my heart rate was slow down to 50 beats a minute. I’m normally really healthy and have a blood pressure of 120/80. I could use sneeze and the dizziness and everything went away. Unfortunately I spent $150 on 30 small vials. Just wish my eye doctor would’ve told me about the side effects. Please do not buy anything until you get a couple samples and try it for a few days."

"I like the “opened-eye” look one drop a day gives me. Didn’t realize how sleepy I looked before my ophthalmologist recommended one eyelid that was drooping a bit. We discovered I needed one drop in each eye, otherwise, my eyes looked uneven. Slight feeling of tension headache when using. Also noticed my eyes look even more droopier without the drops than they did a few weeks ago when I started them. Not sure if it’s related, but since starting Upneeq, my throat/chest seems scratchy/irritated. Does this medication affect the bladder muscle somehow? I’ve had mild issues with bladder control in the past week. Again, both things could be unrelated to Upneeq. Overall, I love it!"

"A sample of these drops were put in my eyes while at the doctors office. I told them I had contacts in and they assured me it was fine. My eyes burned so badly I took out my contacts immediately upon returning home. The burning didn’t stop. Woke up the next morning with a bright red eye hemorrhage. While the redness did go away a few days later, the burning and dry eyes did not. Three months later and my eyes are still dry and foggy by the end of the day - NEVER had these problems before. I do NOT recommend and don’t know if this will ever resolve."

"LOVE UPNEEQ! My tired mom eyes were really bothering me and my dermatologist recommended Upneeq (she actually uses it herself which made me feel much more comfortable). The effect was instantaneous. The redness disappeared and my eyes popped open. I swear my eyes hadn't looked this good in many years. No side effects whatsoever. In fact, I think my vision improves whenever I use it. Can't recommend this drop highly enough."

"My eyes always looked red and felt tired. I used Lumify and it got rid of some redness but it felt so gritty. I tried Upneeq and what a huge difference. Not only did it get rid of the redness but it lifted my lids. I looked and felt so much more awake. I read a review on Insta that called Upneeq “a cup of coffee for your eyes”. That nails it! Very happy with this product and absolutely zero side effects."

"I started noticing eyelid ptosis in my left eye after some Dysport injections. I started using Upneeq with 1 drop in the left eye only. I did this every day for 4 months, and everything was fine at first. My eyelid ptosis was not resolving even though Dysport is only supposed to last 4 months. So I continued to use Upneeq. But then I started getting side effects. I started waking up with a red and bulging left eye with a large eyelid. My eye was also dry and irritated. I went to the eye doctor and was diagnosed with punctate keratitis, and my eye showed allergic inflammation. I also had Meibomian gland disorder. I never had any problems with my eye before. Reluctantly, I had to stop using Upneeq. After many months, my left eye returned to normal, but the ptosis never did go away. It got better, but still gets a bit ptotic every evening with muscle fatigue. I'm wondering if using Upneeq all those months prevented my levator muscle from regaining its strength."

"I'm thrilled with these drops. Best cosmetic purchase I've made in a long time. Upneeq provides a perfect eyelid lift for around 8 hours. I use it for all my work meetings and whenever I'm going out with my boyfriend. He immediately noticed how much brighter my eyes looked. Zero side effects. Just feels nice and comfy!"

"I work as a nurse and often have to do night shifts. My eyes are always tired and red. I recently went to the optometrist for a routine eye exam, and they recommended Upneeq. I had no idea what to expect, but within five minutes, my eyes felt incredibly awake and refreshed. When I looked in the mirror I was amazed. Not only did my eyes feel more awake, but they looked incredible. I read somewhere that this is like a “cup of coffee for your eyes”. That is the perfect description."

"Fantastic eyelid lift. It's a "cup of coffee for my eyes". When I put the drop in there's a moisturizing sensation, and then a cool tingly sensation as I feel the lid elevating. My eyes get super white and wide. Seriously takes 10 years off my appearance. Zero side effects. VERY happy with this product."

"I've been using Upneeq for 3 years as an alternative to surgery. My right eyelid droops more than the left, so much that my vision is obstructed. After using Upneeq, my lids are raised within about 15 minutes and I can see! It lasts for about 6 hours. It's a bit expensive and not covered by insurance, but well worth it. A true medical miracle."

"Worked to help even eyes. Only used in one eye that droops a little after eyelid surgery. I used it 3-4 times, and now have a red bump on my lash line, similar to a stye. No pain or itching, but won’t go away. It’s been 2 months. Could be coincidence, but probably not."

"Tried a sample of this. It worked in minutes and it was a night and day difference. I looked like I had an eye lift! Loved Upneeq!"
