A very positive side effect! I have anxiety sometimes that causes chest pain, headaches and general lousy feelings. Zyrtec seems to prevent that from happening. I sleep well and can breath better.

This was the first SSRI I had ever used, and initially it helped. The side effects were manageable but I constantly had to change the dosage to avoid severe side effects. I fluctuated between 25 - 75mg doses over my treatment and always had severe headaches and tremors. My GP also prescribed Prozac for a period to stop the side effects, but this only exacerbated them. I became completely resistant after several years and had to suffer through an extremely painful withdrawal in addition to the depression. After discontinuing this medication my tremors stopped immediately.

I will never ever take this medicine again. Although I have already stopped taking them, I still experience the horrendous side effects.

NO DOCTOR SHOULD EVER GIVE THIS PATCH. THIS PATCH SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AN ACCEPTABLE MEDICINE LIST. The side effects during and especially after are horrific. I only feel better because I have read these comments. The patch cost me $50 for five and I almost went to the ER because I thought I had a stroke. I'll use meclizine (dramamine)any day of the week. I will report this to my doctor and the FDA. Thank God I only had it on for 8 hours!!!!

Wish I had read this site beforehand. I was prescribed bactrim when I was younger and never had any side effects. But twice in a row, the same symptoms is too much of a coincidence
