Cordarone Reviews

For Arrhythmia "This medication killed my father. He took it for 3 weeks having been prescribed this for his first episode of atrial fibrillation. The autopsy results were a definitive cause of death due to lung and liver toxicity caused by Cordarone. Do not take this medicine. It will kill you."

For Ventricular Tachycardia "My age is 63 and went through CABG (coronary artery bypass grafting) in January 2018. Tachycardia started on March 18. Normal pulse rose to 125-130. High Cordarone dosage was given in the hospital. The loading dose: 2400 mg the first day, 1200 mg the next day, and then cardioversion was carried out. After that, 800 mg daily for one month, 600 mg daily for 3 months, 400 mg daily for 3 months, 200 mg daily for 4 months, and now I am in the 4th month of 100 mg daily therapy prescribed for 6 months. Never experienced Afib or tachycardia after the cardioversion. A Holter test was taken every six months, which was normal. Went through other blood tests also, which have remained normal. No other symptoms were experienced."
