started lupron 3/06 3 weeks before 42 imrt treatments for gleason 7, psa 4.3, t2c, scans negative outside prostate area. i really hope this increases odds of no reacurance, however i don't know if i can take my next shot, the side effects are bad and i can't find any conclusive study/research that proves this extends survival, beyond what occurs with high dose radiation even dr. says it is not showing great increase in ongoing RTOG trials just now ending, but does show small improvement, final data on full 2 years of lupron coming soon. i was on propranolol at 60mg, twice a day, for about a month. it worked for a little while, then just stopped working. it's a good drug though because there's the smallest chance of side effects.

Wished i could've continued with it because the pain had greatly reduced but the side effects gave been life changing. The pain i have now is so severe but i couldn't chance the treatment agsin. After stopping treatment, the pain has returned worse than before.
