Concerning the hallucinations, I live in an appartment and can hear my neighbors moving around... which is normal in a multi-family complex.For some reason, when taking AMBIEN, I have had experiences where I interperet these noises to be malicious and think people are in my home. I have even thought, and seen, in fact, people moving in my home. These hallucinations have only happened twice within the year, but were so vivid and convincing I called the police.To the woman who said everyone with a side-effect must have something wrong with them; trust me, I do not. Besides insomnia, I am very stable as an individual. I have a bachelors degree and work in a very competitive industry as an executive.I have been at sleep medication since I was 8. I am 23 now. I have documented insomnia. Ambien has a very strange side effect... no other medication or circumstance has caused hallucinations to me, on any level.I still take ambien, it is the only drug that works well for me. This is just a 'buyer beware.'This drug can do some funny stuff to your mind!

Horrible. It worked with reducing my blood pressure but I had really bad side effects...I am 32 and could not walk anymore without pain. I experienced severe swelling of my feet, ankles and legs. I thought I had gout or something worse and went to the Doctor after months of being like this. I had so many other things wrong with me that the feet just didn't take precedent. My joints all hurt-back, hip, knees and I was seeing an orthopedist who is sending me now to physical therapy. After reading all the reviews, I cannot help but think that my issues could very well be related to Norvasc. I also put on over 40lb since I started this medicine last February- which could be accounted to Norvasc too from reading other ratings. I had no idea how I gained all this week with working out with a trainer 3x a week and doing cardio 4 times a week. When I started taking Wellbutrin, I was suicidal. In a couple of days, I felt wonderful--almost euphoric. It kicked in quickly and gave me more energy than I think I've ever had, but the loss of appetite and insomnia were hard to deal with. I was already underweight from depression, and already had trouble sleeping. On Wellbutrin alone, I'd take 2 or 3 times my max dose of Lunesta, and still sleep only a few hours. After a couple of weeks this began to catch up with me and I'd have a few days of crying all the time. My doctor added Zoloft and the combination has been great. They seem to offset each other's side effects. Usually I still have to take something to sleep but it will work for 8 or 9 hours, and my appetite is good. Antidepressants have been a lifesaver for me. Years of therapy, and though I understood my depression and its causes, I just couldn't get out of the hole I was in without pharmaceutical help.

I feel very badly for the people who have suffered with this drug. However, I have been on antibiotics that I felt awful on and hated taking. I always make sure I drink lots of water. I drink 60oz of water a day anyway so having to drink a lot of water with this is nothing new for me. I also only take after a meal. This is probably one of the best antibiotics I have ever used. Even plain old Amoxicillin gives me side effects. This stuff. NONE! So thankful for this.

i first got on paxil 25mg for bout 2 months now im on 37.5 mgs daily. I have night sweats, nausea, weird dreams. I lost 5 pounds. I hope I see the weight gain sometime soon, I was wishing that would be one of my side effects. If i loose more weight I will soon get of this medication.
