It is an excellent product. I have not experienced any of the side effects, such as hallicunations etc reported elsewhere on these pages.

I feel like I'm a completely different person on this medication. Before, I was withdrawn, moody, depressed and now I'm ready to live life again. I'm just hoping none of the other side effects hit me (like weight gain).

This pill was great for me. My doctor switched me to the lower dose 1/20 last month to see if the headaches could be reduced.I have had very light periods on this pill, but I've had very light periods since I went on pills 17 years ago and have had light periods on several different types of pills. I see this as a good thing rather than a bad side effect.Usually, side effects are just there when you first go on the pill and then go away as time passes.For me, the elimination of cramps and vulvar pain far outweighs a few pimples and hunger and even outweighs monthly headaches.

my daughter had taken Singular for several years and we loved the results. .. she rarely needed albuterol anymore. Her pediatrician wanted her to take it daily, year-round. We only gave it to her seasonally, as I didn't want her to take something she didn't need. During the same period of time, she was diagnosed with central precocious puberty. I blamed the mood swings on the monthly Lupron injections. Because of insurance issues, I stopped giving her the Singular, as needed. Shortly after we stopped the Singular (Lupron was still monthly) we heard about the reported side effects of Singular. I realized that she was probably experiencing side-effects from the Singular, not the Lupron. She is still on monthly Lupron injections, no Singular for over 1 year, and NO regular outbursts, emotional meltdowns, etc.

I wish someone would come up with something more natural and without such scary side effects.
