When heel spurs were diagnosed in 2000, my dr instructed me to take Celebrex every day for the rest of my life. That was in 2000. If I don't take it, must constantly grind heels against a hard surface to relieve instense pain. If I do take it, there's no pain.BUT new md (8 yrs into taking this med) now tells me she wants me to gradually wean myself away from this. She insists they now know that this medicine should NOT be taken daily by ANYONE, because of potentially fatal, dangerous side effects (heart attacks, strokes, liver damage, ulcers, intestinal bleeding, etc.). She encouraged me to only take it if and when I need it.Now new problems with back have arisen. The DC is offering alternative approaches and says drugs only mask the pain. They do not solve or heal the problem causing the pain, and the meds often make new problems of their own. Some you won't know about until the damage is already done to major organs in your body.!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feeling used

When I started Alesse last summer I had little to no side effects and was generally happy with it. As the months went on however I pretty much started to slowly lose my mind. When it came time for my period to start I would have so many mood swings that I was pretty much a different person. I could probably write a book on the problems I had with it. I don't recommend this pill, but that's just me, it effects everyone differently.

Before I started taking Clonazepam, I experienced nightmares and bizarre sleep behaviors like sleep walking, realistic visions, and acting out while sleeping. I was prescribed a couple of medications before Clonazepam, which works great. I sleep without experiencing REM behavior disorders or side effects.

Hi, I have been on effexor for years now. I had never really experienced anything on them other then the "normal" side effects. I see now that I am not the only one that can't get out of bed. Recently they have been adjusting my effexor all the way up too 300mg where I was hearing voices and seeing things. The piercing noises in my head were enough to drive anyone crazy. I went back down to 150mg where I figured things were normal, but I guess the "normal" side effects really aren't that normal. I went out almost two weeks ago with my sister and we did consume some alcohol throughout the evening. I was pretty excited because I haven't been out in some time. When I proceeded to the dancefloor, well.... that is all I remember. I passed out! I woke up in the hospital not knowing what in the world happend. I found out later I hit my head on the wall and now I get to see a neurologist because the doctors think I had a seizure from mixing my meds and the alcohol. My docto

I've just increased to the 1.8 dose as this is the beginning of my 3rd week. I'm convinced the benefits outweigh the side effects. I've already lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks. As long as I make sure to eat breakfast (protein) and lunch (veggies and protein) and snack on fruit and nuts even when I don't want to, I'm fine. Dinner is almost nothing but I still try to get in some protein and veggies. The only time I got indigestion was when I ate at 7:00 pm and mashed potatoes were involved. I think this stuff is exactly what I've needed!!!
