This seemed like the perfect medicine at first. I could not tolerate Prilosec or Nexium, so this was next choice that insurance would cover. After a few months I noticed the side effects starting to creep in. I couldn't figure out why I was having insomnia until I looked up the side effects for this. My stomach started bloating really badly after eating, gas with everything i ate, and loose stools and diarrhea. I tried to just stop taking it, but got really bad reflux returning. It appears to have to taper off of a high dose, maybe even a lower dose.

I experienced bloated stomach, keep passing out winds, then after three days, i start to feel abit itchy on my leg. But somehow, it effectively start to clear my eye infection. My side effects wasnt so bad ..thou i feel nausea but i feel my side effects are pretty mild .

My doctor is taking me off of reglan because of the risk of side effects but seriously after taking it all this time wouldn't one think that I should have already had some if I was going to.

I have experienced aching in my upper arms, stiffness in my neck, aching in my knees, ankles, bottoms of my feet and generally everywhere. I have been having to get into the shower and stand under hot running water just so that I can walk in the mornings. I am a very healthy individual and I do not believe that I could be imagining these aches. I took this drug for 7 days and passed these symtoms off to other causes. As of today I am no longer taking this medication. I would really like to know how this atiobiotic works and what's in it that could cause these problems. I had similar side effects from taking the drug Boniva.

I hate this pill! Its not worth the side effects. Took Ortho Tricylcen for years with no problems. Im switching back immediatley. Please research this medication before taking it.
