If you are reading this and not feeling well while taking this drug, stop it immediately. I was totally healthy except for my gastritis. My doctor described these pills to me 5 weeks ago. It was ok in the beginning and helped with my gastritis. But the price that i paid for this is not worth it. After 4 days of taking this drug, i got very tired. The next day, i also got dizzy. I thought it would be the stress at work. After 2 more days i hot bad headaches. I went to my doctor, who told me it could never be the side effects of Protonix, I should drink more. After a week I saw that doctor again, because I had gotten anxiety and nerve pain also.He again told me it would not be the Potronix and I should take a blood test. Came back I am healthy. But the symptoms were still the same.I thought I would die, could not go to work anymore.I did an MRI and my organ values were checked, all with good results again. I didn't know what to do next, I felt worse and worse. then i came across recessions on the internet and thought to myself, it all started shortly after taking it, i have to try to find out whether it is not due to the tablets. i stopped taking the pills without my doctor. after 1 week the symptoms got a little better, but now after 2 weeks it is still bad. Today I never went to the doctor who told me again that Potronix had no side effects. I would have loved to punch him down. the doctors are in cahoots with the pharmaceutical
I have an occasional stinging feeling in the arches of my feet. I am not sure if the Norvasc is causing that feeling or not. After three weeks on the medication, the left side of my face became swollen for about 24 hours. The next day my lower lip on the left side of my face became swollen and numb. Again, within 24 hours it went away. No other noticeable side effect since then but that was only a week ago.
I love this drug, I have lost 24 pounds in 3 months. I have been exercising and following Weight Watchers. But for the first time food doesn't consume my life. I thought I had an ear infection which then caused vertigo, took meds for it but didn't get better (I am now thinking the dizziness was a side effect of the 15mg since the time line goes hand in hand). Went to my doctor today to get refill on my prescription, he checked my blood pressure which was now 184/108. This is the highest it has ever been even when I suffered from pregnancy induced hypertension, TWICE. My doctor will not prescribe it now and I have to go back in 2 days to have my blood pressure rechecked. Anyone else had this problem? Is there really a big difference between the 10 mg and the 15 mg? Any info/help anyone can give me would be great.
I was given both 2mg and 3mg Lunesta samples by my Dr., Told to start with 2mg, and switch to the 3mg if I was still having trouble sleeping... well, it puts me to sleep, but the side-effects are so horrendous that I vowed to never take Lunesta again. First few nights I got a sharp, piercing pain in the entire right side of my head, no OTC painkillers would touch it. Also, had very disturbing nightmares the first few nights. This went away, to be replaced by profound depression, hopelessness... I often have the urge to cry for no reason. I find I am unable or unwilling to do the things I used to love, it's even hard to be with my family... Reading the other comments here.. Lunesta must do something to a person's mind... I used to take Ambien, methinks it's time to go back to it....
Cleared my infection, and didn't get side effects until 3 days after I finished taking. Nausea, extreme headaches, blackStool for 7 days, I am on the way to my after hours clinic when I was told to come in immediately
